I recently acquired the Super 9 rifle for free, and it's not top quality, but it gets the job done for small-scale airsoft wars. If you are going to an airsoft field, DO NOT BUY EITHER!!! These are meant strictly for small scale wars, they are not fast enough to be long range snipers and are not electric so what is the point? I have it now and it works fine for ONLY backyard wars.

,my friend had a super 9 and that thing was the talk of legends

the rounds got lost allthe time

the entire thing was camo taped

but people still used it, even when we got gas guns and AEGS, it seemd to work decently enough for smalltime use

i just bought a matrix VSR-10, its cheap, probably crap, but thats basically what i was looking for for now, its a TM clone and sposed to have all metal internals and shoot 430 fps, only has to last me a few months untill i get a TM p90

anyhow lol

Just a heads up guys, the above statement may change. :)

Airsoft Innovations Hand grenade.
- ABS two piece casing held together by six screws.
- Holds 180 BB's.
- Expels BB's at an average of 150fps (green gas) using .20's.  High power  gas valves may be available at a later date.
- Completely reuseable, enclosed design.  No pieces to find after you use it.
- 360 degree kill area, no dead zone.  You lob it into a small, IT WILL get everybody into the room. (We tested it)
- 1.5 second or 3 second timer.  This is easily the most effective airburst round in airsoft.
- Weighs roughly one pound although they are working on lightening the design.
- Expect price to be around $70-$80

We lobbed it around a hotel room a couple of times.  It never failed to hit all of us.  I have used a few of the other grenades around and I can tell you they don't compare to this.  It's two solid thick pieces of ABS.  They have done quite a bit of field testing and have yet to break the casing.  From our playing around with it I wouldn't have doubts about lobbing it around the basement at SASCO and places like that.  It's a very well thought out design.

I WANT THAT!!!

Do you know when it'll be released?

www.redwolfairsoft.com

they have a news article posted march 31st saying that they have signed a deal to be the sole distributor of the grenades, they should be up for sale there very soon if not already

« on: March 31, 2008, 03:06:13 AM »
So i love the P99, i have owned a decent p99 springer and plan on buying a Maruzen P99 blowback probably, that is unless some company is going to make a P22

the p22 seems to be a newer walther handgun? i know i have seen accessories for it on ebay and i have seen the weapon at gun shop websites

anyone know anything about this? is maruzen going to make one?

thank you guys for your suggestions :)
Yes I was going to keep those things in mind, and having it not on private land or state land is logical.
Plus, to make sure that the parents or entity doesNOT get sued, is there a way to have them sign a slip stating: If (name) is injured, the group of (group name) or leaders are not responsible for any injuries or bodily harm.

is that also possible?
I'm just trying to get some info so I dont Bleep things up.

theres a topic stating why waivers dont REALLY work (a waiver is what your talking about)

http://www.airsoftarizona.com/forumbb/v ... hp?t=15643

you guys could play paintball, im pretty sure most fields allow 13+ with parental consent

or just do what they say and get together privatly

Accessories & Gear / Re: Airsoft and Mask

I plan on waring a mask because I don't want to get a chipped tooth or a BB up my nose :P. (jk on the nose part), but I find a few problems...

Fogging up, how do you control this?
Hydration, how can you drink water with it on...from a tube or something maybe? Do games even last so long that you will need water?
Does mask effect hearing at all? ( i'm an Airsoft noob )
Can Paintball Mask even work for airsoft. I dont want to have my mask break on me from a plastic BB

you can very easily take a 12v mini fan (a few $ at radioshack), a small switch, and a 9v battery and wire that up (should take you all of 5 minutes) and then you can have a fan that works much the same way as a defroster in your car

you can pick up the 9v battery harnesses, some wire, the 9v, the fan, heatshrink, velcro, whatever you need at radioshack

the masks designed for paintball come in a bazillian shapes and sizes, and usually you can do pretty good just using some Fog-x or lens cleaner/anti fog stuff on the inside of the lense

although, i would much rather just use eye protection when playing airsoft, because i hate using the mask in paintball when it fogs up or gets all hot and sweaty playing speedball

its just too bad that some people are so sue happy, everyones looking to make a quick buck, or lawsuits wouldnt be such a problem for people who run games and fields with good permits and waivers

its really putting a vice grip on airsoft and paintball alike, up here in washington i have seen some of my favorite fields and dozens of other fields go down for stupid things because people would just rather not deal with the several thousands of dollars in permits
