I think it is an ok age to be playing air-soft. I got my first spring pistol when I was 10 and I have played a thousand times with my brothers and huge groups of like 20 people and I have never had any "dangerous" experiences, and we play with gas and high-powered rifles. The worst I've had was a nasty welt on the side of my face that looked like a giant zit for about a week.

I had two electric desert eagles with built in lasers, but they were the equivalent of nerf guns. It was very fun to use them, though. I felt like Carlos Olivera from Resident Evil, which qualifies me to be a bad-@$$. So, I think it goes either way, if you want to have fun, duel wield, if you are trying to be professional, be as tactical as possible.

That's kind of a douchebaggey kind of thing to say.

I've only dual wielded once and it was only with rifle-sized AEGs. It was mainly to make as much noise and to be as distracting as possible.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind.

Hello, my name is Gavin, and I'm just your average newbie from Mesa. I'm the kind of guy who doesn't go out and buy a full military uniform, I just have my jeans and a t-shirt and my trusty thigh holster. But, that can all change if I get back into airsoft. I would love to get involved in AA tournaments and stuff like that. I'm only 13 but I know how to be mature and respectful. If someone can get me involved that would be great. I'd love to get to know y'all.  :D

Hello, I would like to ask if there are any people out there in the mesa/phoenix area willing to take in a young newbish airsoft player. I used to play with a group of friends, but we have.... "disbanded". I have a few guns just sitting in my garage collecting dust, and I would like to put them to good use again, and I miss playing on a reagular basis. Please let me know, it would be greatly appreicated.
