Heys Guys.

Is it too late to sign up for this operation?  Me and a friend would be interested in taking part.  I have a few other questions aswell.

I only have a sniper rifle at the moment, my other gear is currently on order.  Would I be required to go find something more useful?  With that said, my vest is with the rest of that order, and might not be here before Saturday.  Is it an absolute requirement?
