don't register it as a business or something right now.

don't let minors in at all. not until you have extremely solid waivers written up.

in my OPINION, if you want this to really get off the ground, just draft up a very basic "you can't sue me if you get hurt here" waiver (google can probably help with this) and have a few free build-and-shoot days here and there.

take baby steps.  if you invite everyone and anyone, ask them for money, and don't have any sort of waiver, you're gonna get a few rotten eggs and potential misfortunes.

keep it simple

-I see this AO is registered as a "no-go" officially...what's the likelihood of getting rolled up on by authorities?
-Any link to exactly where it is?

sounds awesome, OP!  There aren't too many people who have these types of opportunities, and I'm sure you can find quite a lot of help building this up.

i second the motion of putting together a "build day" event.  I would love to spend a day or two on the weekend putting together some cool stuff for a private field, and I'm sure many others would too!

Hey everyone.  My name's Julian, and I'm getting back into airsoft after a bit of a post-graduation break.

I used to play a fair bit down in Tucson with TAC, and have probably seen some of you guys at Grozny/SASCO at some point or another!

I'd like to make it out to one or two games every month, and thought I'd put a greeting up here  :)
