I would have to say my experience dealing with Brian at Vangaurd has been great. About a month ago we showed up to play a Friday night game and according to there chrono my sons gun was shooting too high, 250-350fps. Obviously there chrono was bad jumping around like that. Actual chrono of the gun 320fps. When I let Brian know what happened he gave us 2 free passes and the next time we went back they had fixed there old chrono and had a brand new one sitting next to it.
