AEG's / Airsoft Extreme - experience

This is a copy of the email I sent Airsoft Extreme today:
I recently purchased the G36C from your company.
I had no idea you sold guns with the trademarks permanently removed. The HK and, presumably, another symbol has been removed by grinding away the plastic of the receiver over these two areas on the right side of the gun.
I find this offensive. The weapon is damaged aesthetically!
I would not of completed the purchase with the pretense that this it was scarred.
Please let me know what you will do to remedy this as I plan to post this message on all of the 'airsoft' forums.
