Just tell them you'll get a lawyer to speed things up if they don't hurry up.  And then if they make some snide remark, let them know it's not about the money, it's about the Principle of the matter.  Plus, you'll sue them in civil court for all your expenses needed anyways :D  It'll speed things up :D

It's not that easy.  Believe me, I tried.  When I called them, one guy was helpful, but said he can't do anything, it's a seperate part of their store, and is all email based.  The second time I called, the guy HUNG UP on me.  Third time, same bullshit.  They're complete assholes.  They lost my business.

Ha that's pretty messed up. I think they'll only stay on the line if you're like Chinese or something, my friend is and he got further with them than I ever did.

I will call them... eventually.

And i accomplish quite a bit by e-mail actually... i got a job easier by e-mail than any other job i've had.  Got a reply half hour after i sent it... and had an interview the next day, then started the following day.  I'm quite happy about it, too.  :D

I guess the email comment was an unfair generalization, but I think he was referring to emailing Evike.com. They'll take like a week to respond to your emails, but that's usually only if it pertains to an existing order.

Not true. I have actually had good experiences with Evike. I placed a half dozen orders within a month. Immedite shipping. Shit came in tact ready to go..
They had rare items for my M40a1 that no1 else had...

Whoah my friend, lets not impose our experiences over one another, it is possible that they shipped your order out lickety split, while at the same time they took forever with mine. Those two events are not mutually exclusive.

At first they were ok, they would ship my order within 24 hours via their free shipping offer (back when all you had to spend was $30). More recently they seem to have trouble keeping their online inventory in sync with their warehouse inventory. So I'd pick an item that stated that it was in stock on their website, but it would be out of stock in their warehouse. That usually tacked on an unnecessary week of waiting to my order. I'd email them and maybe three or four days later I'd get a response, telling me that the item I had ordered was out of stock.

Now I don't know if they're not keeping their web site updated is on purpose or by accident, but I think its not fair to the customer to have to put up with this. I wouldn't be complaining like this if it only happened to me once, but the last three orders I made with them all had similar delays. If they've cleaned up their act though, I would be glad to order from them regularly like I did before, but if they're customer service is still lax, then I may as well go to one of their other competitors like AEX or Airsoft GI.

AEX used to have the worst and oldest(circa 1970's)ordering and stock system in the business. It sucked.

The Internet was invented in 1969.

AEX wasn't around back then.

Um I think he meant the actual "system" they used.. and yes, there was a rudimentary system they used that was comparable to the internet - it was called ARPANET and it was launched in late 1969.
