I going to try and be there Saturday if my wife lets me go.  My anniversary is Friday so it may be a little touchy.  Have you had any problems with it Victor.  In a normal day's game have you had to swap out batteries?

Thanks for any info,
John

I also did the battery compartment mod, and it really is easier to change batteries. With a PPA 110 spring the gun is shooting awesome, don't really see a change with the rate of fire, and the 8.4v mini is perfect,  I personally would not use a 9.6v. I also added a KM M4 length tightbore (the m4 length inner barrel for the scar-l is a little bit shorter than the outer barrel, but not by to much) and madbull bucking,  The gun overall seems solid, and pretty comfortable. :D

You should probably read the review that's the basis of this thread, Ryan, it's performance is noted in it.

Thanks for the information JoJockAmo it helps alot.

As for Vince, I pretty much read all the reviews on AE and Red Wolf, but there always the intangibles not mentioned and I would rather rely on someone who I know for their thoughts.  I'm not really looking for anything in particular just whether or not the gun feels good, runs solid, and didn't have any issues.

Later,
John

That was exactly what I was going for. I thought you had one and I was looking for first hand experience with someone I know and trust.  ;)

Sorry, my tea leaves weren't working, I can answer questions WAY better when I know what they are. :D
