well i was talking to Mr. Lu, and he said it would be ok for me to attend LCVI with out a voucher. Now he is saying i need one. It would mean a lot to me if someone would be kind enough to do so. I know not many of you know me, but i do promise that i will not be any trouble, nor an inconvenience. It would mean the world to me if someone could vouch. I have been waiting for this moment for 4 years, to go to this event. If necessary i will compensate anyone for their troubles! Could anyone please help me out!
