That is a really nice looking piece.  It'll turn heads and it's one of a kind.  Nice work, Jason.

I was chronoing it in the backyard right after I finished building it.  It's consistently at 390FPS.

Got my new AEG built...
« Reply #7 on: April 03, 2003, 08:47:51 PM »
I kinda built this one from scratch...  It's based off an MC-51...  I put a CA metal upper receiver on it, a CA metal lower receiver on it, a CA metal cocking tube, and a CA metal SD front set (with metal MP5SD supressor).  This gun is H-E-A-V-Y; heavier than I had hoped it would be.  Then, I removed the retractable stock and put a PSG-1 stock on.  I also put a Carrot PSG-1 grip on it.  Internally, it's got an aluminum piston head, PDI 170 spring, metal bushings, and systema nozzle.

I also bought an MSG-90 conversion kit, AUG 6.04 barrel and Bore up NB Type-0 cylinder so I can convert it into an MSG-90-type rifle.  I bought a Cyrus scope mount for it, but no scope yet.

I bought 4 standard cap mags, 1 hi-cap mag and 1 PSG-1 type mag.  I'll post some pics soon.
