CA M15A4 Firing Problems
« on: April 14, 2007, 07:41:16 PM »
When I was firing my gun a loud high pitched "ZZZZZZ" Noise happened. I recently went to a Jungle Toy for a previous problem and they changed the gears to smaller ones. Anyone know what the problem could be? Also it does't fire anything.

try adjusting the motor height there is a screw in the bottom of the pistol grip try turing that and see if it helps, also there are no smaller gears unless you have like a m14. Although they do have different raitos. Also you could have stripped a gear piston us usualy quite if you strip that.

This makes no sense.

Sounds like a stripped piston.

Cost? Piston $10-$30 plus labor.

Pillz is there any side effects from adjusting the motor to low or to high?

Yeah, you can strip some gears or you can place additional wear and stress onto your gears and motor.
