Oh well, I tried.  I'm sure there are dealers selling with full trades.  More power to them and good luck too.  Customs, despite the step up in security post 9/11, still can only inspect about 2-3% of incoming shipments.  And the application and interpretation of the regulations vary from agent to agent.  We've been done in so many times by customs so many ways that there's no way we're going to take more chances.  We've lost several shipments last year large enough to put some airsoft dealers out of commission so we speak from first-hand experience.  Some are due to very very savvy customs agents that know all the tricks dealers pull to import these guns and others due to inexperience and therefore strict interpretations of regulations from newbie agents.
As far as other dealers criticizing us, I'm not surprised.  I've heard it all from other customers who inform us of what is being said.  We've made it policy to never criticize another dealer and we do not participate in online forums (unfortunately) as much anymore to avoid getting into situations that cause agitation and unwinnable arguments.

Now for OpLC2, let's kick some Alpha ass!  I've been shooting off my mouth at some of the Alpha leaders (who are friends) and don't want to have to eat my boot leather afterwards...

There are two Alpha PUKES on these forums, so no tactical chatter!  We'll hold our own at the event!

Actions speak volumes on the matter of someone's character, words are just that and some times empty and meaningless!  I look at the actions of you Dr. Sullivan and the actions of AEX.  I do not know you and other than your interesting post do not see the need to insult anyone I niether hate nor at this point care to understand.  I sincerely hope that in the future you research your Airsoft purchase with as much passion as you second post to avoid any further disappointments in the building of your airsoft collection.

Well all I can say is he must not be a very good doctor.  A doctor with a good practice could easily afford to buy the real thing for his COLLECTION and not just an Airsoft replica.

This is a copy of the email I sent Airsoft Extreme today:

I recently purchased the G36C from your company.
I had no idea you sold guns with the trademarks permanently removed. The HK and, presumably, another symbol has been removed by grinding away the plastic of the receiver over these two areas on the right side of the gun.
I find this offensive.   The weapon is damaged aesthetically!
I would not of completed the purchase with the pretense that this it was scarred.

Please let me know what you will do to remedy this as I plan to post this message on all of the 'airsoft' forums.
