CA Sl8 battery

Does anyone who owns one or knows what battery would be good for this gun? On some sites it says they require special small batteries. Anyone? Thanks.

My advise...unless somebody knows for sure what goes in it, hold off on getting batteries until you get the gun.

That being said...I would imagine it uses the same batteries as the G36 line (Its based on the same body). If that is the case I have two new ones I would be willing to part with.

According to it the SL8 uses the same batteries as the G36 line.

It uses a g36 num-chuck or mini type battery unless you modify it otherwise.
