Is the gun Classic Army? And again i must say that it must be a mistake,i have done many deals with Ron and have just hung out there for hours after closing hanging out and what not.He is a Great guy and would not try to rip someone off or lie about any weapon he is selling. From the sound of it,it just sounds like you were expecting everything to be "PERFECT".But things happen to mags and guns, even if you order through a larger company.Just dont come down on Ron,atleast contact him so he can deal with it,not post that you were unhappy with your purchase.

Nicely put pat! If it's anythign wrong internally with the gun ron gives you the warranty.  and if the mags came bad then i'm sure he'll work something out.

Just to put another persons point of view on the table.

Last year when I was first trying to get into Airsoft I looked around for places to buy equiptment.  My choices, that I was aware of, were Game on, and the paint baller place in Tempe & Mesa. I went to the store front paintballer places first and 1 store had no service at all. The guys in there practically ignored me and could not answer any of my questions. I went to there tempe store and there was a nice guy in there who allowed me to test fire some guns and stuff. I would probably have bought one from them but the prices were High. Then I went to SwapMart Game on, I think Ron was there with some of his Employee / Friends. Ron was knowledgeable, but not extremly helpful. He let his employees do most of the talking to me, which they could not answer almost any question I asked. Only Ron knew prices or options I could get. So needless to say I left there with a little more excitement about Airsoft, but hardly any new knowledge. I proceeded to go to his store front in Glendale to look at his "larger selection". Well it was not that large maybe 10-15 AEG's & 5-10 Pistols. Some of you AA people bring almost that much stuff to our games. So I was not impressed, and when I asked prices, as before, No One Knew. All I ever got was ask Ron. How can you run a store like that. Anyways I ended up buying my first Gas pistol from Red Wolf online. It was expensive, but got delivered fast. I then got an AEG. It came with a High cap Mag (now to the main point of this) which promtly broke on second use. This was the only Mag I owned for the gun, so I took it the next day to Game On in Glendale, since I had to be in Glen. anyways. I gave them my Mag for repairs, and bought several standard cap mags. A week went by and no word on my mag. . 2 weeks. . Oh have not gotten to look at it yet. . 3 Oh Ron must have forgotten about it. . 4 Weeks sent E-mail no reply. (Which I know I have the right address because he replied to one of my questions before I even went to his store). To make this shorter, I still have not recieved any call, any reply about my Mag what so ever, and chances are the bad one you got was mine! [B)] I feel that he is not very professional and will not do buisness with him. He may be a great guy, but that does not get my $$.

I don't have much experience w/ Game On....only went there once (it is pretty far from where I live), and they had very little inventory. Command Post has even less! It appears that there is just not enough of a demand here to have a really nice stock of goods. Too bad, I guess...I'd pay more (to an extent) for stuff, just to support the local businesses. But if they don't even have what I want...it makes it hard to support them.

You guys just need to drive all the way to North County San Diego. Tactical Air Sports has a good selection (most of the time!) and the prices are marked on the guns. C'mon! Its only about 6 1/2 hours from Feenix!

I said I might let you use it if you were to go. But you dont have a full face mask. Anyways, my GBB doesnt work, and my rifle needs a new selector switch which really isnt all that important!

I am very sorry to have purchased an MpSd5. Not only was it USED, they said they would throw in a free extra hi cap magazine, along with me buying another magazine. So i bought the extra one, to find out both dont work when i got home. I had some regrets not waiting for the M4 that I really wanted. Fortunatly, it will get fixed at the next game i attend!
