In todays' news....
« on: October 11, 2007, 01:09:09 PM »
This kid was probably going to wreck some havok but when you read the full article you'll see that he had only 1 'real' gun but no ammo.  Look at the picture though....they make it look like the little bugger has an arsenal.....but read further.....they're ALL airsoft guns except for the 9mm assualt rifle his mommy bought him.

He did have a couple of homemade hand grenades though. /sigh

That's just stupid.  The AK on the bottom left doesn't even have a grip and you can see the screws in the grip on the one above it.

While what the little punk was planning is horrible enough....the 'authorities' do no real good by exaggerating the kids 'Weapons Cache'.  The bastards should have just put the kids 1 (ONE) REAL weapon and the hand grenade on the table and taken a picture of them.  Slanted media bias just infuriates me to no end no matter if it's left, right or just a horrible misrepresntation of the facts like in this article.

That article makes my head hurt, just because of the poor writing if anything.  "9mm assault rifle" ?

I'd have to say No on that.  How can you expect to stay all stealthy when you have to say Arrrr.

Besides......

I stand corrected.  However I doubt this kid's mom had bought him either of those guns.

Ha ha, I love that the picture is packed with what looks like he has more guns then a Army training facility but right at the very end there like
" oyeaonlyoneofthosegunswhererealandtherewasnoammofoundforit" cough cough. *sigh* another great example of bias reporting.
