Do you know who owns/controls the land and do you have permission to use it?

You can also use the map from the AZ Land Department site to get status on it being trust land or not and get a parcel number to run through the assesors office and get the owners name and number:

If it is near Ellsworth and Southern that is well within city limits. I know right now there is alot of open land around the area, but they are also developing all around there as well.

If its within city limits then I would STRONGLY recommend getting written consent from the land owner, lest you tangle with the police.  Unmarked private property in the desert is one thing, unmarked private property within city limits is another in my opinion.

Elsworth and Southern is right off the freeway. Please do not run around with real looking guns that close to my house.

I used to live in a subdivision right there and there is NO WAY you can pull off having an airsoft battle there and NOT raise an eyebrow from the locals, let alone the police!  I wouldn't do it, way too close to the public eye!

Insane, are you guys trying to find a place you can get to on bicycles? I can't conceive another reason to even consider playing that close to everything. Have you children not read or learned anything at this forum, or are you just hell bent on learning the hard way????

Well,  most of the kids in here lack common sense from what I've read throughout the forums.

sorry bud but you cannot use that land it is owned by a housing development they just never built there . it's currently up for sale by that development for a lot of money.

Not to mention its in city limits.

I already am way ahead of you on that one . i looked at the land myself 2 months ago
