Looking for DMR setup, please comment

im new and im  really falling in love with the idea of an SR-25 clone like this one http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=3436 and if anyone has comments on this or any others i should look at please help me

No standards.

Other than that, it's cool, I guess. I wouldn't trust the internals or gearbox for a high velocity application though.

Well, quite obviously, they are not.

SR25s don't use STANAG mags.

ohhh...my bad...what do you think about the gun though? any better choices because i just want to stick to basic m4 m16 sr25 types and other varients

I like M14s for this kind of thing.

If you want a SR25 variant and want to use midcaps or standards you have to use G&P but im not sure on the compatibility of there mags.
