Any games planned between 7-3 & 7-5?
« on: June 22, 2008, 04:16:16 PM »
Hello,

I'm coming out to Gilbert, AZ from Sacramento, CA on vacation and wanted to know if there are any anticipated games scheduled between 7-3 through 7-5.  I wanted to bring my gear and hopefully get in on some games if possible.

Just a breakdown of my profile in case it's necessary... I'm 35, been in law enforcement for 10 years, Army for 16 years (Infantry branch, currently a drill sergeant with Army Reserves), I've been playing paintball for 22 years and airsoft for 5 years.

Thanks for any heads up as it sounds like you guys have some pretty cool terrain to play in.

Probably not...however, if you're interested, there will be an Airsoft Swap Meet / Movie night (Red Dawn) at a theater in Chandler, 2:00 - 8:00 pm.  Here is the link: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=22165

I may go and check that out....

Are there any indoor or outdoor arenas you can pay to play?

Thanks,

Sean

Thanks for your service.

There will probably not be any games, and no there are no 'fields', per se.

You could come out and watch the movie and meet some airsoft people.

UFC 86 is that day though, so, there's always that too.

Thank you very much, I truly appreciate that.

I guess we're spoiled here in California because we have free mutiple fields to play on every weekend where at times 60-70 people show up on any and every field.  We also have a bunch of pay to play fields and indoor CQB arenas as well.  Not to mention our heat doesn't get as close to your heat which I understand limits your play time in the summer months... I salute you guys who can play in your heat... I almost just wanted to play for the bragging rights here in California to say I did it in the blazing heat in Arizona.

Our website is http://www.sacairsoft.com if anyone ever comes up our way, please check us out and come out to play with us.  Hopefully next time I come down there will be some games to get in on.  I understand the holiday weekend is always a rough time to set up games.  There are fewer games to play during the holiday weekends in our area as well, I just thought I would check in the off chance someone had something going.
