I started playing airsoft 7 years ago and loved it. 3 years ago I moved to Arizona and did not know much about what the airsoft scene was. I joined the forum when I moved but I guess being a transplant discurraged me from playing outdoors because of the heat. So I sold my guns and got out of airsoft; At that time my collection was an Wilson Combat 1911 shooting about 280fps (Western Arms), a MP5A4 shooting about 320fps, what I calle the little monster a TM P90 tri rail with a box mag and lipo battery and shot like a crazy. And finally my "baby" it was a TM M4 I had a reinforced internals with systema 170 spring and torque up kit, tight bore barrel, surefire grip flashlight, AO tech imitation scope. That was a beauty, I sold it for $550 on ebay (I know I was dumb for doing that I still cry
)
The fields that I use to attend included west coast warez (closed), sylmar airsoft field (closed), and the zipper factory (also closed) in California. Aside from sylmar I use to play alot of CQB so playing in a open field is a bit different.
About two weeks ago I was sitting in my couch after playing MSG4 and reminisced of the days when i was running around shooting and having a great time with my friends. I also remembered cleaning my guns with bloody finger from the airsoft battle I had just a couplers of hours prior. So I took out my laptop and looked at some guns at AEX and remembered how expensive this sport was. Then I hit the AA forums looking to buy some gear. I know that I would not be able to find a guns like the guns I had but I had a $600 budget and wanted a decent arsenal. I found a CA M4, an G&G M14, and a TM Tactical Grenade Launcher. all for a super cheap price (which I loved). Currently I am looking for a side arm (MP5 or 1911).
I am ready to start playing again I just need to purchase a vest and some bdu's. So if any one knows when and where I can play I will be most interested.
Airsoft I am finally back and I am here to stay!!!
