Kyle, you are in my prayers for sure. Best of luck with your new career, I know you have labored long and hard for this goal. You will be missed more greatly than you may know. I will try to be at as many real steel shoots with you as I can, buddy. Some friendly competition in that area is always welcome!

Legs I will miss your airsoft input, and I also miss your crazy beard thingy (I won't bring any more up again though). You have definietly contributed a lot to Airsoft as a whole. Hope you have enough time to visit the boards every now and then to say hi and "no, no, no you're doing it all wrong" ... just like your always are... sniff... sniff [:(] . maybe you'll be back in a year or so, so that I can see you when I'm 18 and play you out in the airsoft field. Peace be with you.

Well, Yellow...I had to shave off the wierd beard thingy, and I'll probably drop in for a "no. no. no!" every now and then, but thanks for the thoughts!

He'll be back, They Always Come Crawling Back!!  Have fun becoming the Ultimate Beaner Buster but don't do too good a job or who's going to bus all of the dirty the tables? HA! Seriously though I think for you the hardest part of the job will be learning Spanish, after you learn that and when they are riding in your green bronco with you for hours on end through the desert.  Then you break out with the story of Joseph Smith or talking about the book of Mormon poor little border jumpers will never cross in your section of the sand again!

Luckily for me I already speak Spanish fluently, and I can talk about those fine details in Spanish in my sleep.  Did it for two years in Argentina!

The mental picture that Hector just put in my head:

Kyle Russell: M4 in one hand; Book of Mormon in the other hand. A unique brand of justice has come to the desert, folks!

I can see there being a movie and everything! The only question is who will play the leading role? Hmmmm, Carrot Top, maybe? LOL!!!!

I'd like to thank YOU, Kyle!  Not only for the advice, the gear, and the help, but for the chats and the friendship we developed.  It was nice to talk with someone that shares similar views in politics, life, etc.  I here in the US).
I wonder why Mine were covered, the stuff is permenant, I have tried rubbing, alcohol, scraping. All that I have accomplished is scratching some of the trades off, plus when I got my gun, the box and manuals had been totally murdered, my manual had about 10 pictures cut out of it, including the disassembly/ assembly diagram. There's a 6 inch hole in my manual's front cover! [:o] I just don't get it. I was also disappointed that I was not sent a replacement flash hider for the blaze orange one that came on my gun, but I guess CA just doesn't do things that way. I still love my new M15a4, I can't stop playing around with it. [:)] Best birthday present a boy could have.

As several of you have heard I have decided to take a long (possibly very long) break from airsoft.  I am pursuing a career that will require a great deal of my time just to prepare for, so hobbies other than shooting are being set aside.  If I get the job I'll be out for at least a year more, so it just made sense for me to start the prep now.  Most of my stuff has already been sold or spoken for.  If anything is left over I'll list it here.
The kiddies won't be sad to see me go, but I've appreciated the friendships with the rest of you very much.  There are too many to name.  You guys who have traveled to away games with me, I'd take a BB for any one of you!  There are also several newer players with whom I've developed good friendships.  This is a great group and a worthy effort.  Keep it safe and smart, and stay frosty all of you.

I'll be around for a while but less active on these boards.  I just wanted to say a brief farewell for now and cross my fingers that things work out for me.  For those of you who are religiously inclined, I'd appreciate prayers on my behalf, and for the rest of you...rub your lucky rabbit's foot, etc.  Everything helps!

A sincere thanks to all of you for three+ years of great fun.
-Kyle
