Due to the high demand for spaces at the upcoming Resident Evil Airsoft Adventure, MTT is considering running a second day of RE on March 1 to give players on the wait list a chance to play instead of waiting for a month or two before the next event.

Here are a few options that our staff is considering.  Please share your thoughts or recommendations.

Resident Evil (Day 2)
Players from Day 1 would receive a $10 discount to attend the second day.
New missions added for players from Day 1.
Original missions for new players.

Players from Day 1 could volunteer as zombies for day 2.
Wait list players could volunteer as zombies for day 1(up to 16 players).

Admission Options
Registered players could attend both days for $50 and receive raffle tickets for both days.

Registered players could attend day 1 and volunteer for day 2 for $30 and receive a $10 refund at the end of Day 2 plus two raffle tickets.  Total admission becomes $20.

Wait list players could volunteer as a zombie on day 1 and play on day 2 for $20 and receive raffle tickets for both days.

These options would give us more zombies on both days.  I know some will recommend that all players should have a chance to serve as both SRT and zombies on each day.  The problem with this option will be getting teams kitted up, briefed, and moved will significantly increase the wait time between games.

I cannot wait for this game!  We just did a SWAT adventure at the new downtown Phoenix location and it was incredible.  At the end we did a zombie round with the lights off.  It was freaky.  Zombies get so close your adrenaline gets going.  Add in the fog machines and its going to be unreal.  I am actually volunteering as a zombie for the second day.  I hope to see you all there.

Thanks Marauders for being so generous with the raffle prizes.  I come out to play because its fun but occasionally winning a prize is nice.  I know that other organizations like gearbox and echo 1 also donate items for prizes, but Marauder's has consistenly offered great prizes and free admissions.  So, to Marauders and everyone who donates prizes I thank you for being so generous.

Thanks for the questions.

Location of the building is near 4th Avenue and Madison.

When a player is infected, they will turn into a zombie at the beginning of the next mission unless they receive a vaccine during the mission they were infected.

Zombies that are hit will stay in place for thirty seconds and then move to a respawn point at least 50 feet or two rooms away from the action.

We will probably have a few "runners" during some of the later missions to make things more interesting.

You should make it so that runners must scream as they come charging down.

great idea that way you can shoot them in the mouth  ](*,)

MTT has started planning the next zombie game to be held at Statewide Assault.  The event will most likely be held in April. Possible date is Saturday, April 4. Here are a few details about the next event.

The next event will use role playing zombies during the initial and subsequent missions.  This means that registered players won't have to play as zombies during other players missions.  Due to this rule change, there will only 30 spaces available of the game (3 SRT Tteams with 10 spaces each.)

However, with staff zombies, we should be able to rotate through the missions much more quickly and double the game time since there will be less down time switching teams and prepping gear.

Another major change at the event will be the use of only level 2 at the facility.  Due to construction on level 3, the game won't be able to use the third floor.

Feel free to post your questions or send a pm for more general information.
