Looks good, buddy. If you're still thinking about it, I'd leave the roof untouched. I think you'd enjoy it more so in that configuration for your own personal use.  By the way how's Scrappy doing?   :)

Actually, I already cut out two rear hatches between the bows and built a custom Codura cover for it. But I'm not doing any more than that to the roof. Next I'll put in a bed liner coating.

If you look you can also see a glow from lights up under the wheel well for rock crawling.

Surprisingly, she has the record for the steepest climb of a XJ non-rock crawler in AZ. However, I didn't do it. It was with the previous owner who was also a member of the Arizona XJ's.

Jeep is the Harley of the off-road. We travel in packs, and now and then we have to stop and tighten the bolts again, lol.

can your doors come off? We bought an 08 wangler last year and have only taken it off road a couple times. Its all stock so i doubt it could do what yours does, but i took the doors off once and wanted to see what it was like, so i drove it around my neighboorhood and on some backroads, about 10 mintues later when I looked to change lanes I realized i didn't have any side windows... one think i will say though is that the lights are crap, the brights arent really any brighter, they just point at a different angle so you can kind of see a bit farther, but it narrows the view a bit.,

actually, it almost is in just parts.  I have over 8k into the engine already, its just waiting for me to get a supercharger for it.

Lets go.  I guarantee I will leave you in my dust.  But no, I haven't flopped my rig, why because I am pimp like that and can do just about anything.

Ever do Terminator?  Lets do some cat 4+ trails.  I will leave you and your busted axle and the trail head while your trying to get over the first rock. lol
