Wierd/Technical question

Does anybody know what kind of steel CA uses on their M4 bodies? Or is it some other form of metal?

Is it cold or hot pressed?
Is it Galvanized?

I've emailed CA and either my email didn't go through, they don't give a damn, or they're taking their sweet f*cking time replying. Any help is appreciated.

it's just a crappy pot-metal. It's not steel, not weldable, and cracks easily when pressure is applied.
