They do? Well I guess because they don't want to litter up shooting ranges or for some odd reason they want to reload them. Anyways yes that is what I mean something like that to catch the shells.

I had an idea a few weeks back for a semi/full auto airsoft shotgun, although I was planning on basing my design on the Saiga.  If anybody's got the resources and the time, I'd be happy to try and show you what's in my head.  The best part is, it doesn't involve shells that you'll either have to catch or pick up later.

I think dealing with a shotgun as large as the aa12 anywhere would still be a pain. I love the concept of it but the unwieldy size makes for nearly impossible tactical handling. I love that it can be mounted to like a humvee and used vehicle defense but indoors... its just not logical.

Now for awesome spread shooting and a great size at a reasonable price have you seen airsoft globals custom launcher??

what if we got a hold of a luncher type platform and instead of the 40mm nades, used the http://redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airso ... odID=20748
shells that are nearly 60% size smaller  and built a launcher that could implement them? It would be rediculously expensive to buy all the rounds, but what you could have is like a 12+ round launcher that if you stuck a decent length barrel on would look wicked sick

Your idea is good but these are supposed to be 1:1 scale replicas, and the mad bull shells are actually 12 ga not 27mm. Also the mad bull shells and tanaka or other gas 12 ga shells come in a 5 pack instead of one or two for about $56.00. I'm not trying to be picky but I think it would be a whole lot easier to make the Striker than the AA-12, and you are right you could probably base the mec off of the CAW Six launcher for a 12 Shell Striker.

oh I was not thinking about anything based on a real gun at the time. I was completely dreaming this radical thing up haha. A 24 round grenade launcher....I'm drooling haha Plus reusable shells that you don't have to pick up. mmmm sweet dreams

for the AA-12  what about  co2 for each shell? as the shells revolve in the mag 12 gram co2 cans revolve next to each shell.   youd get atleast 10 shells out of each can   i dont know it was just a idea that hit me  last night
