Great photos, thank guys!
All in all I had a great time as well. Thank you Buddha and Quadro, you guys did a great job getting this stood up and running at short notice. My unofficial count had us at 43 playing participants (give or take) so that means we donated over $400 in toys to needy kids through the USMC Toys For Tots programs (probably more since myself and others donated more then 1 toy at $10 a pop).
Additionally, TF141 got some face time with the Pinal county sheriffs office after the game and were able to get some great light on airsoft in the region as a father-son sport. My understanding was that after a short primer on who we are and what we do the Sheriff deputy was impressed with the management of the sport by the group and happy with the family dynamic and simply wanted us to be careful out in that area about smugglers. All in all a great day for airsoft!
Only thing I wanted to comment on was that we did have 1 or 2 complaints of cheating and 1 or 2 complaints of players getting hot under the collar and loosing there cool on others. Just keep in mind its a sport of honor, if you get capped its usually only a short weight to get back in and your setting a great example, its not worth cheating. Also, its just a sport, there is no call for freaking out and blowing up at someone, take a breath, step back, and realize its not serious. After all, we are a bunch of grown men dressing up and playing with toy guns in the desert.
