airsoft backyard!

i just want to know....what kind of FPS   will be  ok to play with my nephew  he is  11 year old...

he like airsoft but  the  350 - 400 is  to strong....

any idea????  and  where i can buy rifles  for that????

metal gearbox  or plastic gesrbox will be ok?

350 is the limit for a lot of CQB places, and thats where adults play with all their gear and stuff on.  So if your in a small yard with a little kid, then Id say in the 300 range.  I think theyve got AEGs like that at Big 5, but Im not sure.

yeah !!!   at  big 5    they sell a   m4  200 FPS   BUT  MAYBE ITS  WITH .12

IF  WE USE  THE .20    THAT  WILL BE  LIKE  180 fps   HOW FAR  IS THAT???

THAT  WILL BE  FINE????

AND THOSE ARE 36$  BUCKS  NO  BAD  I CAN  BUY 2  AND  PLAY

my son is 11 and he loves airsoft, i buy his guns from www.hobbytron.com, they run about $50 a gun and are around 250fps or lower with plastic gear boxes and i buy him .12 bb cause they are cheap, but when he comes to yuma this summer i am thinking about letting him play with me using a "big boy" gun.
