KWA M16BR 2GX
« on: May 29, 2010, 09:50:05 PM »
Although i was originally looking at the KWA KM4 RIS, i thought it was a bit overpriced ( it is kwa, though). i still wanted a reliable AEG with the 2GX though, so i began to look into some guns for a bit cheaper, but still internally the same. i stumbled upon the KWA M16BR not too long ago, and began to do my research. it seems to be highly reliable, and i like the versatility of being able to both snipe and/or be a rifleman. Again, it SEEMS to be reliable, but i would love some feedback. check it out http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_150&products_id=3900&osCsid=uvmv6gnhe2g0ca1gph1apt9l24

I have used this particular KWA in a single game and i have to say i liked it. the Sniper/Rifleman idea doesn't work well though. After i used this gun i liked it and its power, but if you want it for the role you want to use it it might need some internal upgrades. for 320 it might be better to do what my squad mate did, he was thinking of purchasing this same gun, but in the end i convinced him to get this http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.p ... ts_id=1973 Its an Echo 1 which is already reliable but at the price of $175 you can spend the other 145 you would have spent on the KWA and upgrade it to your liking for around the same price. Tight-bore barrel, new gears that sort of thing. If it was me i would buy the KWA, its easier, but you should not limit your option to only one brand. Ive seen a Dboys with a few hundred into it outperform KWAs and Classic Army weapons of similar make

All and all its ultimately your decision, i would recommend buying this particular KWA, but don't limit your options and possibilities to a single brand

My Dboys did... until it exploded.  NEVER buy a Dboys M4
