Thank you MGfoley, while generic TAC games do have some additional allowances for minors to play this Desert Hawks event is 18+ as cited on the events page.  That being said you can pm azsworst for a waiver to that rule.  He is making some allowances for some minors based on time in the community, and overall maturity.  Any 16 or 17 year old who is an upstanding community citizen in the company of a mostly adult team should be fine, but those younger guys who show up and still go a little wild will have to wait until the next event.

We are now less then a week out from this event.  Please be sure that your bio bb situation is taken care of, being a mid cap event you should not need a metric ton of ammo but your fast running out of time to acquire it and it is REQUIRED for this venue.  Camping is allowed but please be aware we are guests on the Forest service land, be sure to follow all fire restrictions and comply with the wishes of any rangers.  If you have not RSVP'd at this time please do so now so that we can make the final touches to the scenarios based on turn outs and team sizes.  Thank you!

Walk ons are welcome if anyone has last second availability, but please make sure you can abide by the rules and restrictions set forth in the above event posting (i.e. mid caps, bio bb's, age etc).

Just some further reminders:

Briefings will be verbal at the start of the event and evolve through play.
A radio is HIGHLY recommended as play will change throughout the event.
Bio BB's are REQUIRED, please bring your bag with you to chrono.
Mid Caps are REQUIRED, please bring an empty one with you to chrono. (SAWs exempt of course)
We are guests of the Forest Service in this AO, please sweep up your own trash and treat the AO well.
Camping is allowed, please be sure not draw unneeded attention and be sure to clean up your camp site and abide by all fire rules.
Be on time for chrono, if your running late and show up after briefing you will have to sit out until staff is available to check you in.

Schedule:
0500 Arrive and preparation
0600 Registration & Chrono*
0700 Pregame Brief
0730 Game Start
