SPEAR ELCS questions

OK guys i have a couple questions regarding the SPEAR ELCS. First is what do you guys think of using a M249 pouch as a quick mag dump? And where can i find a M249 pouch, and radio pouch in 3-color desert that'll work work with the vest?
