I am 6' tall and weigh about 160 with approximately a 32" waist. I have this: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.p ... ts_id=1457
It takes a few minutes to get it adjusted right but it fits me well.

you want a MC plate carrier look no further than here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=27582

ANYTHING Ganef makes is TOP quality!! You will NOT find one of this quality for this price.

Why a plate carrier? And are you going to use fake or real plates in it? if not, it'll be pretty flimsy.. the DBT FAPC and AW-FAPC(minus armor since your not .mil or LE) range from $100+ and are solid products. You might be better off saving a bit more money and getting something better quality, and besides, I don't think BW(now defunct) will be willing to warranty their product. If you manage to uncover a flaw while airsofting, most large gear companies will replace it for free.

I have seen it. You will like it. I'm thinking about ditching my vest and having him make me a new one.

Have you seen how much molle space it has on the front? in the picture it looks like it doesn't have too much. But I was thinking that it might just be because it has AK pouches on it

To be honest I don't remember. As long as I can fit 3 mag pouches on the front it works for me. I have gone from the BIG plate carrier and now that I am tweaking my load out I am realizing how good a pc like this is. I DO think you will like it though. You will be able to move in it better than the bigger pc's.

+1 for Ganefs gear,I bought a small vest from him that fit me perfectly (didnt even need to measure) I am very thin 5'5" 100lbs and it works great  and feels great and I can fit four double m4 mag puches on the front, two of them are angled a bit though. And it's in MC too!

Good choice. You know I kinda like the look of the tan pouches on it.

I do too it's just that they're for a differint rig I use and its kind of a pain to change them back and forth.
