i havnt read though this whole problem but when i lived in socal about 20 mins from evike i always talked to evike chang himself and if u are having problems on the phone tell them to put evike chang on the phone or a manger to skip the bullshit it may help a little

Or just deal with a retailer where you don't have to jump through such hoops just to get a reasonably level of customer service.  If you let them treat you like crap and keep giving them your money, they really don't have a reason to change their practices.
