Active Braking MOSFET systems
« on: January 26, 2011, 10:54:32 PM »
Last year, I decided to dabble in making MOSFET's for airsoft guns, with the hopes to sell some on the side. I'm curious if anyone on AA is interested in some Active Braking MOSFET's for their airsoft guns. The size of my mosfet's are 2"L x 3/4" W x 5/16" H. You will have to specify how long you want your wires to be, and you will need soldering capabilities. THEY DO NOT COME WITH CONNECTORS.

Price: $30 + shipping.

********Specify if you want a 10.8/11.1 ready MOSFET, or a 9.6v MOSFET otherwise you may be shipped a 9.6v MOSFET, and if you blow it up, that's your problem. You didn't specify that you wanted one to be able to be used with an 10.8/11.1.********
Please also let me know if you have plenty of space, or if you are tight for space, as I have 2 different (physical) size fuses. If you do not specify, you will most likely receive the larger of the fuses. If you are throwing this into a DMR/Sniper rifle, or SAW, you will want the bigger fuse (can handle more current for a longer time).

Before I sell any of the MOSFET's I have in stock, I will be testing them, so they may not be ready until the weekend. (I have 5 MOSFET's ready, but not tested. IIRC, 2 are 9.6, and 3 are 10.8/11.1 ready). I have the supplies to make 4 more, if there's sufficient interest.

Disclaimer:
By buying the MOSFET assembly, you agree that damage caused by improper installation is NOT my fault. I will repair any faulty units at no charge within 15 days of purchase or delivery date (you pay to ship it to me. I will pay for return shipping), as long as I have parts in stock. If I do not have parts in stock, I will place an order for the faulty parts, and replace them when they come in.

If you open the MOSFET assembly in any way, I will NOT replace any parts, or refund your money. If you have opened it, you will have to buy a new one, even if it was damaged due to faulty parts, or by you opening it. I am not held responsible for damage caused by neglect, user stupidity (physically breaking the board, dunking it in water, running anything higher than what its rated for, shorting it out, running it with no load, etc), or using it for something other than what it's designed for. I will not accept returns (only exchanges) after you have installed the MOSFET assembly in the gun.

You can contact me via PM or E-mail at any time. E-mail will be faster, as I am able to check and reply to that several times a day, and it is much faster to E-mail on my phone than type in a web browser on it.

I retain the right to add, remove, or change any information in the above disclaimer. I will notify people about changes via a new post. No changes will be unreasonable (i.e. I will not change the part where I say "I will repair faulty units at no charge within 15 days of purchase or delivery date". That will always stand).
