MTT's OP: Blood Money was kinda like what you're saying. They used money ($10,000 bundles) as a "points system". Each person was given $10,000 to start and were told to get as much money as possible. For border patrol, money was given to each player depending on how many objectives they held during each act. Cartel were given contracts to bring drugs across the border. However, the Border Patrol could defect and help the cartel if they wanted to (ex: a bribe was offered). That seemed to work pretty well.

Nope. My writing is completely different.
