Black Hawk Down: Battle of Mogadishu Jan 16 at Fighter Town

Thanks to everyone who came out to the final MTT Black Hawk Down: Battle of Mogadishu at Fighter Town today.  We had over 80 players in attendance.  As one of the Delta team leads, I can honestly say that today's battle was the toughest fight out of the three events we have hosted.

A giant thank you goes out to the players who made the game so much fun. It was an awsome experience to be in the middle of fire fights that inlcuded the technical, deuce and 80 players filling the air with bb's while not hearing a single player yelling for others to call their hits.

MTT would also like to thank our sponsors for helping making this event possible.  Gearbox Airsoft for helping with registration and the use of the 2 ton truck.  Fighter Town for building a great field and allowing us to host adventures there.

Our staff would like to thank team Infidels for their generosity.  When the windows of the Deuce were damaged in mission 3 and 4. They donated one of their MTT Annual Passes to be raffled off.  With their help, we raised over 100 dollars to help repair the damage to Matt Lane's truck.  MTT threw in an extra two annual passes to add to the pot of winners.  Great sportsmanship Infidels!

As for the video and photos that were taken, our staff has over an hour of footage and "reenactments" that were filmed.  We will be editing a video over the course of the next two weeks.  Unfortunately, we have events scheduled all week and won't be able to post the video right away.

I'd also love to say Thank You to everone who came out to this last, amazing event.  It was 10 flavors of awesome!  Hehe, honestly I don't think I've ever had this much fun at an airsoft game before, in my life.  It was an absolute blast.

1st and foremost, I'd like to give a special thank you to my brother Ian and girlfriend Erika (Jedi_Sarah on these forums) for coming out to this one.  It was a pleasure having you guys out with me: that made half the fun right there.  Ian, I hope you had a ton of fun bro.  Erika, special props to you for coming out all the way from Kansas.  It was great having you here.  Hope to see you again soon Beautiful..

Proper props of course go to MTT for holding yet another awesome event.  The event ran smooth as butter.  (No more trucks blowing their tires out, hehe).  All in all it was a very successful event, and the cherry on top to the last BHD-Fightertown game.  Well done MTT, pat yourselves on the back.

Props to Fightertown for letting us tear up their field!   =D> It's always an honor to play on your grounds, and thanks for allowing us the opportunity yet again.  Hope to visit soon.

And most importantly, props to all the players.  I didn't hear a single instance of players fighting, calling other player hits, or not calling their own.  Everyone that day set the honor-benchmark very high.  And it was a pleasure to game with all of you.  Hope to do it again soon.

By the way:  MTT and all other players.  If anyone has any uneditted footage or pictures of the event, please post them here or give us a link.  The MTT video looks awesome, and I'd love to see what other pictures came out of the event.  So please, post em up!

Thanks for the video hydrox.  I appreciate any and all vids and pics anyone can post about the game.  (Might be making a future mix of my own, from different ppl's POVs).

Hehe, I saw the shot hit your camera btw.  Sorry to hear about that man, though I'm amazed at how well the view still was.
