Help removing G&P triangle front sight please??????

I have a G&P m4 cqb zombie killer. I want to put on a folding front sight but I can't because the front sight is so dang hard to remove. If anyone has any help that wold be much appreciated. I've tried punching out pins but I can't they just wont budge and I know that is the first step.

if you are having trouble try taking a saw to it and cut it off

Get a bigger hammer if you need to punch out the pins and they aren't moving.

The taper pins only go one way, btw.
