Possibly making a new team

First off, I appologize if there is some kind of restriction about posting a new team idea, or if it's in the wrong section.

Either way, I have been looking to join an airsoft team, 21+.. but have had no luck. So I am considering forming a new team. Before I take the steps in securing a new website etc... I want to know if there is anyone currently even looking for a team?

Here are a few ideas for the team that I would like to create,

* East valley team
* no size limit *the more the merrier*
* 18+ (prefferably 21+) (( its nothing personal against younger players ))
* I would like the idea of a *theme* team. {Everybody having a unique uniform for games / scrimages against other teams)
* National Ops attendance
* Long walks on the beach
* experience is not required for joining, but if we have enough members, we will start to assign squads based on play style / skill / equipment.

Well if you guys are interested, I'll get this thing rolling.
Tomorrow, "when my company DD pays me" Im purchasing a website. Whoever is interested about joining / helping make the team, send me an email or PM. Just let me know a little about yourself, and a way to contact you. Some things to include in the email are,
*age
*play style (mil-sim, speed *like speedball*, realism etc.)
* location
* days available for a meeting / gathering
*contact method
*equipment
* favored position, support, assault, sniper, missionary w/e!
