m4 motor adjustment screw

on my m4, the motor adjustment screw is really really loose, i can turn it with my thumb. my question is, is there a way i can make it tighter?

get your motor screw set to where you need it and put a single drop of superglue at the top of the threads to lock it in place. this will not lock it down permanenetly. if you need to change it at a later date you will be able to readjust it. it is what i do on my motor plates to make sure they dont come out of adjustment.
