Is this website LEGIT? O.o

Hi, My dad came to me recently asking if this site is legitimate:

Seeing as there are alot of people in this forum I was curious if anyone has had any dealings or experiences with this site. My dad wants to make sure before joining them.

Unknown. My dad said he got it from Zeek Rewards ( sorta like a Beezid bidding clone so to speak). He does business with them and they gave him the link for it.
