Ordering overseas

So with the sad loss of gearbox and less than stellar service I have gotten from Evike and Airsoftgi, I decided to give some of the overseas vendors a try.

Placed an order with ehobbyasia on a Monday. Prices with shipping was much lower than Evike and they had stuff that Evike doesn't or can't carry. Received order only two days after placing! Shipping was far less than I could have gotten from Evike and Evike usually takes a day or two just to get order to shipping. I did have to ask ehobbyasia a few questions and they were very slow on replies but once order was placed they did great.

Also placed an order with Tokyo Model Company
There selection is amazing. I found items that are out of stock everywhere else and their prices are fantastic.
Best of all their email response on product questions were instant and very helpful. They also do 3 day FedEx or EMS shipping to US and prices for shipping are less than Evike which I don't understand unless Evike is making money up charging shipping.

I don't understand how it is that these overseas vendors can sell products so much cheaper and get it from China or Taiwann to US in 3 days at a lower shipping cost than California based Evike or AirsoftGI but I highly recommend either for great prices and fast shipping but overall Tokyo Model Company has better selection and customer service.

Drmalan, they can sell these products cheaper because almost 99% of the products are made right there in Hong kong.

wgcshop.com is my old favorite, along with redwolfairsoft.com , and dentrinityshop.com

ehobbyasia is good too, though they dont take returns despite having a return policy posted on their website, so make sure you pay with paypal so you can open a dispute thru paypal should you ever need to return anything.

They will respond to RMA requests with possible solutions to problems, but in the end you'll probably get a response like I did... "TIA" (this is airsoft)... meaning, f you, basically.

Took 12 weeks to finally get a refund with paypal thru their dispute resolution system when I bought 12 western arms m4 magazines, and half of them ended up being damaged in one way or another.
