Description:
Become part of an elite military unit during the Special Operations Training Experience .  Choose to complete one to three days of training and missions based on real world tactics used by military special operations personnel. 

Experience Includes:
Tactical Rappelling
Building Clearing
Live Fire Weapon Training
Small Unit Field Tactics
Night Operations
Force-on-Force Missions* (Ambush Raid, Hostage Rescue, Executive Protection)

*Force-on-Force options include airsoft and Ultimate Training Munition

The program takes place at multiple locations near Phoenix, AZ.

SPEC OP EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The program is open to US citizens ages 18 and up.  Minors (14+) may participate with a parent or guardian at the event

Sounds fun. I wish I had an AR. If I can make it I will probably rent two with my brother. Does the helmet have to be real or can it be replica? Also how much protection does the  helmet have to offer (in terms of a Carbon FAST helmet vs. a Ballistic FAST or MICH).

Helmets should provide protection during the rappelling phase on Day 1.  A rock climbing helmet painted tan or similar is acceptable.  Ballistic protection is not required.

MTT has a few loaner helmets available during the rappelling training.

MTT is still looking for volunteers for the SPEC OP Experience. 

SPEC OPs Training Experience March 2 - 3 (9 am Saturday - 4 pm Sunday)
Roles: Afghan civilians, Taliban Fighters, Afghan National Army

Costumes and safety equipment will be provided for role players.

Volunteers will receive free admission to the training on Day 1.

Requirements: 
Volunteers must be 18 and up
Must complete a waiver on the day of the event
Be able to follow instructions and stay within assigned role
Provide their own camping equipment and food
