Hey all,
My name is Richard. Our airsoft team DC OPS has been together since 2000. Our members have various backgrounds, including Army, Navy, private security, and law enforcement. DC OPS is recruiting 18+ year old players who want to be part of a professional team of airsofters.
To clarify: These are not requirements. It is just a list of various backgrounds of team members which we already have. Your background is irrelevant to whether we want you or not.
Our main focus is outdoor field games, in places such as Mt. Ord, Four Peaks, Sasco, Strawberry, Flagstaff, Bushnell Tanks (if it ever re-opens), Missile Tanks, and other locations. We, to a lesser extent, do CQB in places like UAC as well.
We've hosted various successful games in the past, and plan on hosting more in the coming months and years.
We need people who are willing to show up to team training events and games, and have fun doing it. We have uniform and other standards, but don't let that distract you. Even if you are new to airsoft, don't worry, we can teach you what you need to know. We are looking for people who want to learn, and be part of a team, and work together to be the best.
Most important, however, is we want to get along with you. We're looking for easy going players, ones we could have a beer together with after a game and tell war stories and have a good laugh.
We have team loaner guns, including Magpul Masada PTS's, Systema MK12 MOD1 SPR sniper, A&K M60E1, Classic Army MG36E grenadier, AT4 rocket launchers, and others, to help you try out other roles that might interest you, without having to spend your own money to figure it out, be it sniping, squad gunner, etc. We also have loaner tac equipment too, as needed.
