Baofeng radio

Hi all. I recently received a Baofeng UV-5RV2+ as a gift. I understand how to program it. The question is what frequencies do I program into it?

I believe the frequencies being used are all the FRS ones, unless you have a GMRS license. Here is a list of the ones most two way radios have.
