Well heres the latest skinny...I emailed AEX explaining everything earlier, about 1.5 hours later I suddenly receive a paypal transaction, then two emails following. The first was to inform me that my m4 mags had a next day air UPS shipping label on them and would be out first thing tommorrow. The second was a nice lengthly email from AEX...I will let you guys read it. They refunded the shipping difference and i "MIGHT" have my parts by friday if I am lucky, if not, no biggie.

Hello --------,

Thank you for your inquiry, unfortunately our system appears to be developed
in the 1970's (this is not meant to be a joke, it is a very outdated
system)- we apologize for this and do our best to get things out on time.
Unfortunately, since we do not have real time stock status it can be very
difficult to tell when certain items are available when we get down to one
or two pieces which happened in your case.  We only had one or two pieces
left of the KM barrel when you called, and they happened to go to orders
that were placed just before yours.  Thus, a physical check showed we had
one available, but not having a real time stock status did not alert us that
it was already sold earlier in the day.  This is not an excuse, it is a fact
of the system we currently have.  We are working hard on implementing a new
more accurate system, until then we do the best we can do.

This also relates to the shipping situation.  We specifically have a 1-4 day
processing time for orders, then ship via the method you chose.  That is why
we cannot promise specific times or dates, and that is why the person you
spoke to said it should not be a problem, but that they could not promise
it.  We are now implementing a policy that will not give any specifics other
than the 1-4 day processing then shipped via the method you choose no matter
what the customer requests or inquires.

When we talked to you earlier today we could have switched your shipping to
2 day or next day so you would get it in time- we wish you would have
alerted us to that fact then.  Your order has now been fully shipped just so
you are aware.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we are going to refund your Paypal
account for the difference between 3 day and UPS ground.  Thank you!

Regards,
Airsoft Extreme Sales

FYI, UPS Ground gets here in 2 days from their store(s) in CA.  Paying extra for 3 day or 2 day is a pointless waste of money.
