We only had one or two piecesleft of the KM barrel when you called, and they happened to go to ordersthat were placed just before yours. Thus, a physical check showed we hadone available, but not having a real time stock status did not alert us thatit was already sold earlier in the day. This is not an excuse, it is a factof the system we currently have. We are working hard on implementing a newmore accurate system, until then we do the best we can do. This also relates to the shipping situation. We specifically have a 1-4 dayprocessing time for orders, then ship via the method you chose. That is whywe cannot promise specific times or dates, and that is why the person youspoke to said it should not be a problem, but that they could not promiseit. We are now implementing a policy that will not give any specifics otherthan the 1-4 day processing then shipped via the method you choose no matterwhat the customer requests or inquires. When we talked to you earlier today we could have switched your shipping to2 day or next day so you would get it in time- we wish you would havealerted us to that fact then.
