I was watching CSI: Miami and there was an ex-Marine sniper that killed 3 people. They found some sand on the roof, and they started talking about how the snipers use small bags of sand while sniping in prone.
They put it under the barrel on one side and squeeze the other side of the bag to move the scope small ammounts to 'hit the sweet spot' or so the chick claimed. I thought you guys would think this was pretty cool. Anyone ever hear of this tactic or read a sniper's manual?
