solution: dont take your gun in places where there are lots of people (except games, of course), get a gun case, and try to keep the expusure of your gun outside to moving it from house to car.

yea dont take it out where other people who may not even know about airsoft may think that its a really firearm because of the orange tip

Just my $.02 worth, I would definitely not advise being seen in public with the gun unless it has the orange tip on. People are irrational and police can be pretty irrational at times as well, especially around touchy subjects like a potential gun. There are people out there who may call you in to the PD even with the orange just because they don't approve of the choice of hobby. You also have people that carry real concealed weapons who may mistake you for trouble, not a problem you want to have.
