Ok, well what im guessing is probably going with the systema high speed motor is the best...im not sure what spring i have in the ICS MP5, but its chronoed at like....maybe 285, so im guessing its not a spring higher than M100....i tried to look online, but couldnt find the exact specs of the spring

Yes you did kindof sorta.  An EG1000 will not give a higher rate of fire... it will give a more consistant rate of fire for a longer period since it has less drain on the battery.
