can anyone find pictures of what  night desert camo viewed through night vision goggles looks like?

go find some news reels. Its all around you... The war in Iraq has provided alot of night vision images...go take a look.

yes i know there is a war going on and no i have never seen what night camo looks like through nvgs, ive looked on google nothing. heres wat i want i want to see a man through nvgs wearing the us night camo. i have some and im wondering what someone with nvgs will see if he looked at me wearing it

I could show you if i had some batts for my NVGs...stupid freakin....

I'd imagine it looks...like that, just a bit brighter. Its meant to look like the grain on NVGs(assuming you've looked through one).

It depends on the type of NODs you use (ie Gen1, Gen2, etc).  Through Gen1 they look just like that, but green(er).  The part of those thats "night camo" is the IR absorbing treatment.  However, that washes out after awhile.  They were supposed to absorb IR illumination, rather than reflect it.

If you are creating a Desert Storm outfit, I'd just get the parka made of that material.  I've never seen anyone wearing BDUs made of that stuff, but remember seeing alot of guys with the parka.  Airsofter1 has one that I'm sure he'll take pictures of.
