if you want to transport airsoft or real steel, call up your airline and ask what are the needed steps to bring your airgun on the aircraft. I side with Stoneeaglewolf. and a few others on this matter.


I really dont want a 13yr old messing up the sport. i had a 14yr old walk down the street with his AK non blaze tip, and fire at my lamp post, then head to the wash to shoot me, hell it made a few people really pissed, they didnt mind me because all my gear was in a heavy duty rifle bag. You youngins need some pain to deal with been ranover twice at work, lost a tip of one of my fingers ripped the nail right off. to a damn boat prop. all at my former job, GNS!!! i hate that place!, ive never seen so many kids wanting to run me down with a 400lb 26mph go-kart.! *kids with evil smiles are BAD!!*

BTW whats the need for mags, grab, use, dump the gun, then use another. Iam a walking armory.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but if you go to www.tsa.gov you will see a good list of things that are/are not allowed on planes, trains, etc.  

For example:

Toy Weapons (if NOT realistic replicas) ARE allowed on Carry-on and Check-in.

Realistic Replicas of Firearms ARE NOT allowed on Carry-on but ARE allowed in Check-in.

Just want to add here that deactivated hand grenades are NOT allowed on your carry-on (I speak from a friend's experience - he's not too bright  #-o  ).

:shock: ROFLMAO!!  That's a bit of an understatement. I do have to say the list of things you cannot bring on a plane is worth reading for entertainment value just to stop and think about some of it.

Gantalino... Busta has a disorder called PPMS (Perma PMS)  just ignore him.  

Ibez sneaks on AA and airsoft128.com while his parent's aren't home like it's porn.  

If you are caught doing anything like what he suggested, federal offense (felony!) and you are on the FBI's terrorist list for life.  Just thought I'd mention that (my dad's friend is DEA and saw this thread).

just a question, does anyone know the exact rules on shipping an airsoft gun FEDEX? Like do i need to declare its a Replica firearm. and so on

No, just get insurance on it. you can declare it as a toy. However since it is not a registered serial numbered weapon or a controlled substance it does not need to be declared. Just don't send green gas by air.
