I have an ICS MP5A4 with the flashlight frontgrip. I needed to get a flashlight for it, and did today from JT. The flashlight only uses 2 batteries, and needs a thrid "DEAD" battery. This "DEAD" battery isnt a battery at all, but a mock batterry that takes the space of the third battery, as a real third battery would be too much voltage.
As nobody seems to carry this mock battery, I got some great advise from a fellow player who was hangin out at JT when I got the unit.
I followed his advise and went to Checker Auto and got a section of 3/8" inside diameter brake hose. I cut it to the same length as a real battery and then uses a 3/8" bolt aht was also the same lenght. You put the bolt into the tubing, and then this goes into the flashlight grip first, then the batteries go into the flashlight and you screw the flashlight into the grip.
IT WORKS!!
