Which part wobbles? the inner barrel or the outer? I am going to assume that you are having problems with the outer barrel wobbeling back and forther because that is a very common problem. The easy thing to do is to spend a few bucks like I did and get a new front end, a guarder lightweight M4 outer barrel, a classic army RIS and a G&P deltaring set from wargame club and then put them all together and tighten them nicely untill they are solid. You could also look for a new outer barrel that is compatible with the TM SR-16 RIS, the reason you can't do that with the guarder one is that it does not have compatible mounting with the TM RIS. Another way of eliminating the wobble (and the cheapest) is to take the frount end apart carefully and then inspect all of the components to make sure there is no breakage in the potzinc metal that makes up the parts and then put it all back together very snugly (do not overtighten) and perhaps use some makeshift spacers, teflon tape or locktight compound on the components. You realy need to isolate where the wobble is generating from and then strengthen that part. Is it the outerbarrel itself? tighten the screws that hold it together. Is it the delta ring? find a way of tightneing or shimming up the delta ring. Is it the RIS? tighten the mounting screws. Half the trouble is locating the problem. Good luck and remember not to overtighten the screws. Also search online I bet there are a few sites that can help you out: like these:

Yea i think it is the outer barrel, i took the RIS off and the barrel still wobbles, the Delta ring is fine and the screwa are all tightened. But ill take down a list of those parts and go to JT and see if i cant get some parts from there this weekend, and thanks again for your advice, and PM me your location maybe you could take a look at it, and give me your thoughts, well thanks again, well later, Jags87

When you take the RIS off, you should see an ALAN screw head right where the outer barrel meets the receiver. Tighten that bad boy as it is the screw that will hold the barrel down. Then, make sure your delta ring is all tight. It is kind of tricky to do that, you have to push up toward the end of the gun, and turn it left until it stops. If all else fails, just slide the top rail cover onto the RIS on top of the receiver and lock it in place. This is the end all to barrel wobble problems.

Before you go tightening screws make sure you realy feel it out and try and locate where the wobble is coming from. It could be the alan screws that cheeze was talking about or it could be a gap between your barrel and the delta ring. Just feel around, it could be something simple. Also remember that with arisoft guns there is a a lot of tolerance in the parts so what could be fixed today could be wobbly after another game. I had to tighten up my delta ring before the may 7th game and I have only used it in a few games prior. Figure out what is loose and fix it and remember what it was so you can fix it again, that is all I am trying to say. But  if it is a serious problem that persists after much effort then it is time to get replacement parts.

If you are unsure what the problem is, take it to Jerimiah at JT. He will take a look at it and tell you what you can do to fix the problem.
